Shai is the founder and CEO of Integrum ESG. Shai spent over 20 years in financial markets, beginning his career on the buyside at what is now JP Morgan AM, before moving to the sell side where he worked in several research roles. He was Head of Research at Macquarie Group for 10 years. Having been an equity analyst himself for asset management and securities firms, he saw the rising need for transparent comprehensive ESG data - which led him to founding Integrum ESG in 2018.
