Jack has worked with the Global Returns Project since launch in autumn 2020. He came to the UK from America on a two-year Marshall Scholarship, during which he earned an MPhil in Political Thought and Intellectual History from the University of Cambridge. Jack also holds an MSc with distinction in Media, Power and Public Affairs from Royal Holloway, University of London.
